If Every Era ever closes, you’ll get at least 90 days’ notice and a full download of everything, including letters not yet delivered.
Yes. Write letters, save photos, video and voice for your children, and choose the day each one arrives.
Write a letter and pick the day it arrives: a birthday, graduation morning, or a random Tuesday years from now. On the day you chose, they get an email that opens straight to your letter, with your photos, video and voice.
Not at all. Every Era starts wherever your family is. Write about today, add photos from years past, and fill in earlier Eras whenever you like.
Yes. Add your child as “Not yet, on the way”, and start writing before they arrive.
Yes. Besides the five life Eras, start as many of your own as you like: the soccer years, a summer, the year you moved. Give each a name and dates, and the Moments from that time gather there.
We’re welcoming new families a few at a time so every family gets a great first experience. Request an invite and we’ll write as soon as there’s a place for you.
Yes. Invite your partner, grandparents and others who love your children. They add their own letters and Moments, and you decide what each person can see.
When you decide it’s time, hand them their Every Era. Everything you kept becomes theirs to read, keep and add to, and when they have children of their own they can start one for them, so your family’s story stays in one place. Once it’s theirs, you can keep sending letters and Moments, and they decide whether you can still see their Every Era.
No. Everyone can use Every Era on the web, or on iPhone and Android if they prefer.
On the day you chose, they get an email that opens straight to your letter, with your photos, video and voice. They can keep it for good.
You can update their email any time before a letter is delivered.
Yes, any time before it’s delivered.
Only the people you invite, and only what you choose to share with them. Nothing is ever public.
No. We never use your family’s letters, photos, video or voice to train AI, and we never sell your data.
Yes. You can delete your account from Settings. Before you confirm, you choose what happens to the letters you’ve written for each child: keep them, and we’ll deliver them on their dates, or delete them. To delete everything, choose Delete for each child. Want a copy first? Download your Moments from Settings before you delete.
Yes. Download everything you wrote and everything delivered to you, any time, in formats that will still open decades from now.
Cancel any time. You keep full access to the end of the year you’ve paid for. After that your memories stay readable and downloadable, and scheduled letters still go out. Plans can be refunded within 14 days of a charge. We refund web and Google Play purchases; Apple refunds App Store purchases. Unused More Moments packs can be refunded within 14 days.
Every child, everyone you invite, and 360 letters, 600 photos, 8 hours of voice and 2 hours of video a year. Words in a draft are free. Photos, voice and video in a draft count toward your year until you save or delete it. Keep up to 100 drafts at a time.
Add more any time: Small $9, Medium $39 or Large $149. Pay once. Each one stacks and stays with your family’s account; no expiry.
No. One plan covers everyone you invite.
Yes, on both, and on the web. Everything stays in sync.
