We'll do everything we reasonably can to deliver each letter on the day you choose, even years from now, and even if your plan ends along the way. Ending your plan doesn't end your family's story: you can still read and download your letters and Moments, and renew any time to start adding again.

Pricing questions
Letters you write today may not arrive for 20 years. A steady yearly plan is how we keep them safe, backed up and ready to deliver for that long.
Cancel any time. You keep full access to the end of the year you’ve paid for. After that your memories stay readable and downloadable, and scheduled letters still go out. Plans can be refunded within 14 days of a charge. We refund web and Google Play purchases; Apple refunds App Store purchases. Unused More Moments packs can be refunded within 14 days.
No. One plan covers everyone you invite. What they add counts toward your family’s yearly allowance.
Yes. Pay through the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android, or by card on the web. It’s the same plan wherever you pay.
